My recent stay at Novotel was fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean and felt brand new. The location was great, close to the train station and city center. The breakfast was amazing and the facilities in the room were impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast had a good variety and was satisfying, plus the staff were really friendly. the room had a nice work desk, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a TV with satellite channels - really enjoyed that! 📺

We loved the cleanliness of our room, which looked and felt like new. Plus, the location was perfect - near the train station and close to the city center.

Not obvious to find parking.

As youngsters, we loved the close proximity of Novotel Annemasse Centre to Geneva and the airport. The hotel's location just in front of Annemasse train station made it incredibly convenient for getting around. We were able to enjoy the vibrant nightlife nearby, and the train station being just a minute away made it easy to have a relaxed breakfast. The modern design of the hotel and the comfortable beds were great, and the bathroom with its brilliant monsoon shower was excellent. We were also delighted to find that the hotel has a rooftop bar, which added to the overall experience.

We were disappointed to find out about an unexpected and unmentioned deposit charge upon check, in. the lack of on, site parking was inconvenient, and we had to park our car at a nearby station car park.

Our furry friend was welcomed, and the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. the bar/lounge/restaurant area on the ground floor was lovely, and the discounted nearby parking was a plus. the view from our room on the seventh floor was simply stunning.
